This residential area is located between the towns of San Isidro and Granadilla de Abona, approximately 345 metres above sea level, and near various beaches which are great places for excursions. The sea is to the east of the house and the mountains to the north, placing this cottage in an ideal location sandwiched between the sea and mountains.
The holiday cottage is in a residential area with various houses, all retaining the traditional Canarian architectural style. They feature thick stone walls and white varnished wooden elements. Each house benefits from its own garden with native plants. The house has a wood paneled ceiling, and the terrace Arabic style tiling.
There are supermarkets and restaurants within a two kilometre radius of the cottage. The beach of “Playa Médano“ is only a few minutes away by car, making this an ideal location for wind surfers. A golf course is also nearby, a 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop approximately 100 m from the house, offering connections to, e.g., the centre of Granadilla.
Holiday cottage for six persons, with a swimming pool and sun terrace
This holiday cottage is divided into two components. One part of the house features the living room with a dining area, fireplace, and the spacious kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge complete with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, and a washing machine. Free of charge WLAN access is available throughout the house. The other part of the house hosts the two bedrooms, each equipped for two persons, one bathroom on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and additional bathroom on the upper floor. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer each. Towels and bed linen are provided. The division of the house into two areas is a typical feature of Canarian cottages. In the old days, this was a way to separate the sleeping area from the workplace. The thick stone walls and the clay tile roof ensure a pleasant room climate all year round.
