This detached holiday house is right by a little river, near the border town Winterswijk, in the south-east of Holland and near the German border. It is on a five-star recreational park, so you can choose whether to spend an exciting or relaxing holiday in your idyllically situated private holiday house. Your children and dogs (no cats or other pets) are welcome to accompany you on holiday.

You go past plant pots up three steps to the roofed terrace, which serves as an entrance area. The house is on a 100m² site that provides direct access to the river and enjoys an unobstructed view. The house provides 65m2 of living space for four people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an external door opening to the outdoors. The centerpiece of the house is the open living and dining room with a kitchen. You go past the kitchen unit with a dining table next to it to the comfortable lounge oasis with a leather sofa and an armchair bed for relaxing after a trip. The windows look out at the greenery and the river. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a DVD player and video recorder are available for entertainment, so you can enjoy a sociable film evening. A gas fireplace stove exudes a cosy atmosphere. The integrated kitchen is equipped for convenient self-catering with a gas stove with four rings, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, a toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. The adjacent big dining table can be used as an additional worktop or for dining together. The bathroom has a whirlpool with a shower attachment, a WC and a washbasin.

Outside there is a roofed terrace with a round garden table and four garden chairs right in front of the door. There is also a car parking space on site. The owner also lives on site.

The house is heated by natural gas. In 2019 the gas system was changed and converted to natural gas. Please note that the house is only let out to persons over 25 years old A maximum number of 2 dogs allowed.

Further afield you can find the Slingeplas swimming lake (1km) and the Europena book town Bredevoort with regular book markets. There are shops and restaurants within 400 metres. The little town Winterswijk is about 7km away and offers pretty shops, a cosy market and good restaurants. Near Winterswijk there are also a golf course and riding stables. Good cycle paths invite you to go on extensive cycle tours. There are cosy restaurants to call into along the way. Little museums and romantic villages invite you to take a break. In Bocholt about a 15-minute drive away there is the Bahia pool, a lovely water and sauna leisure pool. Not forgetting the recreational park 400 metres away with a range of entertaining activities such as bowling, a swimming pool, tennis courts or a minigolf course.
