First floor apartment with a communal swimming pool
This modern furnished three room apartment was built in 2013. It is located on Spain’s Costa Dorada in the village of Sant Jaume d' Enveja.
The apartment is on the first floor and features a living room with open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a corner sofa and 32" LED flat screen tv. The open plan kitchen is equipped with electric cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment, espresso machine and rice cooker. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and an additional travel cot for a child up to two years. The other bedroom has a single and a bunk bed (each 80 x 200 cm) with in it's entirety three sleeps. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and toilet.
The apartment boasts a balcony accessible from the living room and a communal swimming pool.
The building has an elevator. A travel cod suitable for a child of up to two years old and a washing machine are also available. The living room and one of the bedrooms enjoy air conditioning.
The region has many beautiful beaches in the nearby Ampolla , Sant Carles de la Rapita , or one of the quieter beaches near Sant Jaume. Sant Jaume d' Enveja is situated in the delta of the river Ebro which is also a nature reserve, home to many birds including flamingos. The apartment is about a 10 minute drive (7 km) from the Mediterranean sea.
