The new, modern holiday apartment (built in 2013) has a kitchen with a granite worktop, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, tableware, pans, pots, glasses). There are two bedrooms with daylight. One bedroom has opens directly onto the 13m² garden terrace, with access to the pool. The bedrooms each have a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes. The apartment also has a large, modern bathroom with a shower, WC, sink with a cupboard underneath and a mirror, and a living room with a contemporary décor, satellite TV, a dining area with six chairs and a pull-out sofa bed for two people, if just this apartment is rented and not the whole house. A cot can be provided on request free of charge. All rooms have wireless Internet access. In summer 2016 a reversible air conditioning unit may be built into this apartment.
