The private holiday house is on the outskirts, 15 minutes from Wiener Neustadt or the spa town of Baden.
Stay in this newly renovated (2013) and comfortably furnished house of around 50m² for up to three people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe. The modern bathroom provides a WC and a big bath. The comfortable living room has a sofa and a bed for a third person. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. There is a dining table here with three chairs.
A little terrace is available, around 2 x 2 metres, in front of the stairway, and can be furnished with a little table and two chairs in summer. The house has its own entrance through the shared garden.
The owner, who lives in the annex, is happy to assist with any queries at any time.
The Felixdorf main train station is about five minutes away. The location is ideal for relaxing, hiking (Biedermeiertal, Piestingtal or Helenental, or the Kurpark Baden), for visiting thermal baths at the Römertherme Baden, Linsberg Asia or Aqua Nova in Wiener Neustadt. It is ideal for holiday-makers, as well as business travellers. Owing to the central location, right by the B17 and A2, Vienna is just 30 minutes away. In winter you can visit the Zauberberg Semmering (14 km of pistes, a toboggan run, snowboard park etc.), Schneeberg, Naturpark Hohe Wand and the countless sights in Vienna (Schönbrunn Castle, Albertina, Palmenhaus, many museums etc.).
