The 180 m² villa is located in the picturesque village of Haria, overlooking the popular valley of 1,000 palm trees. The house was built in 1988 and completely renovated in 2013 by the owners. The result is a modern, spacious and bright holiday villa for the whole family.
The house has a large conservatory with a table and chairs as well as a large terrace with garden furniture, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view. The highlight on the property is, however, the private pool where there are sun loungers available to you. The house is not completely fenced, but is only enclosed by a low wall and plants.
The house has five tastefully decorated bedrooms; one with two single beds and the others with a double bed - which also consists of two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom. This and the other two bathrooms each have a shower or a bathtub with a shower facility, washbasin and toilet. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The spacious and light-filled living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, a television with digital connection and a DVD player as well as a large dining table for meals together. You will also find the staircase here that leads to the upper floor. For added comfort and safety on holiday, the house has wireless Internet access (WLAN) and an alarm system.
The nearest shopping possibilities and public transport can be found about 400 m away. A restaurant is only about 200 m away. You have to travel about 6 km to reach the sea and the nearest sandy beach. Here you can play water sports and go fishing, among other things. A golf course is about 26 km away, while the airport is about 35 km away.
