Braemar is a cosy holiday home in the heart of Oban, which offers a stunning view of Oban Bay and the sea from every window.
The house provides a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room with access to the kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which has its own shower bath) and a bathroom on almost 90 square metres. You can enter the house through a double door, while from the hallway behind it, you can access the living room on the right and the dining room on the left. The attractively furnished living room offers a large, comfortable sofa corner, a fireplace and a TV with DVD player. On a fitted shelf is a selection of books and DVDs. There is space for up to eight people at an extendable corner table in the dining room. A sofa, which can be converted into a double bed at night, invites you to relax and read in front of the gas fireplace. From the dining room you have direct access to the kitchen. It has a washing machine along with a stove and refrigerator. The bathroom halfway up the stairs is equipped with a washbasin, bathtub with shower and toilet. The master bedroom is above the living room. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A walk-in wardrobe and two chests of drawers provide ample storage space.
