This unique former factory building is almost at the highest point in Auerbach. It was completely renovated by its Dutch owners and made into beautiful group accomodation. The building has a living space of no less than 1000m2. It is on a spacious plot of land with an excellent view of Auerbach. Very nice situated for a wintersport holiday near the skiareas Schöneck and Klingenthal. The ground floor contains a comfortable bar/lounge, a play area with pool table and air hockey. There is also a spacious dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a number of ovens and fridges. A medium sized group can book eight bedrooms on the first floor. A large group can book all sixteen bedrooms. If you are looking for a fully equipped venue for a group, family party or business conference then we can highly recommend this unique accomodation.

Remarks:
There are 13 beds whichs are suitable for children only. That's why the house can be rented by max. 40 adults and 13 children.

For an additional fee, it is possible to use the basement. The basement includes a sauna, recreation room / meeting room with projector, table tennis, an open kitchen with dishwasher and fridge / freezer.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

    „Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet! Wir sind mit 29 Personen angereist im Alter von 0 bis 92 Jahren. Alle waren rundum zufrieden. Für die ganz kleinen gibt es viele Spielsachen, für die Jugendlichen Poolbillard etc, sowie HiFi-Geräte, die genutzt werden können. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es eine Bar mitsamt gemütlicher Sofaecke. Und wem alles zu viel wurde, der konnte sich in sein ansprechend und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer zurückziehen. Dieses Ferienhaus bietet wirklich ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket!”

    „Grandios und einfach nur top. Super Ausstattung, sehr vielseitig und verschieden jedes Zimmer. Man staunt bei jedem und sieht die Liebe und Hingabe, wie sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind groß und komfortabel und wirklich geeignet um Feste ungestört zu feiern. Vielen Dank!”
