This house is located barely a kilometre from the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and has a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains.
The house with its living area of approximately 90 m² offers space for up to six people. All rooms are on one level. It consists of two bedrooms, one of 15 m² and the other of 20 m² in size, which have a double bed each. The spacious living and dining area with kitchen section offers you two sofas, a dining table and all the necessary cooking utensils such as a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave on 40 m². The bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The house has heating / air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area.
