Casa Ava is newly renovated villa for 6 people situated in small village Stifanici just 12 km from resort town of Porec and some of the best beaches in Istria. Perfect location for those who are about to explore the whole Istria.In this, end of the village villa, you will find open views to nature surroundings and absolute peace and quiet. 10 minutes walking distance there is a well known traditional Istrian restaurant “Idila”, while groceries and post office can be found few minutes away in small town Baderna or St.Lovrec. Villa consists of small cottage with two beds, shower room and toilet, house with open plan kitchen with all mods and cons and living room on the ground floor and two double bedrooms with one bathroom on the first floor. Outside, there is covered bbq area, out door furniture, deck chairs and umbrellas surrounding a 6x4 pool. There is a seperate studio with a twin bedroom and shower room.

    „Das Haus ist genau so ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war, auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön und vor allem genug Liegen für alle. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, nur nicht so sauber wie gewünscht, dank der vorherigen Mieter die alles schmutzig in den Schrank stellten. Nichtsdestotrotz, nach einer großen Putzaktion konnte der Urlaub beginnen und wir genossen das Haus und die Lage in vollen Zügen, die Vermieter sind tolle Leute mit einem sehr guten Restaurant in Porec, das wir nur empfehlen können. Für Hundebesitzer perfekt gelegen, sehr gute Spazierwege direkt am Haus.
    Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.”
