Tastefully decorated holiday apartment in Rome for four people
This holiday apartment is on a very quiet street in one of the most beautiful and elegant districts of Rome. It is in the area around Trieste, Salario and Parioli.
The approximately 70m² holiday apartment has a large bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living and dining room with a sofa bed for two people, a 90 x 90cm dining table, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. A TV, DVD player, iPod Docking Station etc. are also provided.
Outside there is a balcony.
Coffee, tea, juices, biscuits, bakery items (sealed), jam, chocolate spread, butter, and on request also fresh milk are provided for breakfast.
There is a lift. The apartment is licensed by the local tourism office (Azienda di Promozione Turistica di Roma).
In the surroundings you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, icecream stalls, cake shops, banks, pharmacies, monitored car parks, a cinema etc. There is also plenty to explore, such as Villa Ada (200 m), Villa Borghese (Galleria Borghese e Casa del Cinema), Villa Torlonia, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza, Basilica di Sant'Agnese (with early Christian catacombs), the S. Priscilla catacombs, “LUISS” University and Città Universitaria "La Sapienza". The auditorium Parco della Musica is about 2km from the holiday apartment, which is well connected to public transport. You can get to the old city centre within ten minutes by bus (n. 80). The train station Roma Termini is just a few minutes away by bus (n. 38). The new metro B1 – stop Annibaliano – is less than 100 metres from the holiday apartment.
