Cosy, light holiday apartment in an old timber-framed house from the year 1790, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic
Lovely rooms, a rustic interior, exposed beams, ceilings at different heights clad with wood. The apartment consists of a living room with an LCD satellite TV, a DVD player and two comfortable sofas, a dining room, two bedrooms each with a wardrobe, a double bed or two single beds, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with a *** freezer compartment. There is also a bathroom with a shower bath. Each room has at least one window that can be opened.
The location in the nature reserve (national park) and tourist area of the Harz region offers ideal conditions for recreation and leisure. Hikers will enjoy the many mostly waymarked hiking trails. The wide expanse of water of the Innerstestausee provides good fishing, sailing and rowing possibilities. The shore landscape invites you to swim and sunbathe, also in the two heatable forest swimming pools at Lautenthal and Wolfshagen in the Harz and at the Langelsheim outdoor pool. The reservoir lakes Innerste or Grantestausee are suitable for a cycling circuit. Langelsheim also has many beautifully situated cycle tours. There are many private and public sports, recreational, leisure and spa facilities. It is a maximum of a five-minute walk to the centre for shops, a bank, gastronomy, public transport, pharmacies etc. It is an ideal starting point for exploring and enjoying the Harz region. There are many places of interest nearby. Plenty of information material is available in the apartment. There are direct public transport connections locally until around 11pm.
