Spend time amidst nature
This house is about a kilometre from Lake Immeln, in the village of Mjönäs. It is just a few minutes by car to Arkelstorp, a little further to the south.
The house has a very beautiful and open layout with a big attic, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, gas stove (Adre) and a fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. A small hallway forms an entrance area. The bathroom has a bath and an environmentally friendly composting toilet, quite unlike toilets in other countries. The sleeping attic is 1.80m high in the middle and is sloped to the sides. It has a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. There are also two supplementary beds, if required.
There is a lovely terrace to the rear. The house is surrounded especially by forest, as well as some grassy areas. The site spans 3500m² and in summer there are neighbours on both sides, but not very close. The parking area is shared with the neighbours.
You can go strolling through the forests, or paddling on the lake. It is just 3km to Wanås Castle, which has exhibitions and is worth seeing. There are also a lot of places of historical interest nearby. You can hire horses and go on excursions into nature. Fishing is a popular activity in Harasjömåla or in Immeln itself. As you can see, there is plenty to do and experience.
