Studio in lonely house, comfortable with shared swimming pool

This holiday studio in a house is located in a hamlet close to the town center, yet in the countryside. The house is located in the interior of the Côte d'Azur, west of Cannes. First, the property is located on land common to the owner consisting of four dwellings and a common entrance. Access to the rental property is then via a landscaped path which leads to the completely fenced garden giving access to a parking space and the entrance to the house in which the studio is located. Here you also have access to the swimming pool area with its terrace and garden furniture to share with the owners.

The house with two floors was built in 2006, it includes the owners' accommodation and the furnished studio upstairs created in 2021. A common entrance hall serves the 2 accommodations Its surface area is 20 square meters, it consists of a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The interior has been fitted out and decorated with refinement. So the furniture was chosen in a comfortable and warm style to create 2 spaces: a rest area and a dining area. The bed measures 140X180cm. The kitchen is equipped with an oven (microwave and grill), a hob, a mini fridge with a freezer section, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker and a washing machine. The meal is taken on a standing table and its 2 high stools. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. The studio is very bright thanks to its large window which is equipped with an electric shutter and has reversible air conditioning.

Come and enjoy the swimming pool measuring 4.50 x 2.50m surrounded by garden furniture. The swimming pool area is shared, it is located on the ground floor of the house which is inhabited by the owners, access is from the outside. The swimming pool is open from June to September and maintenance is provided by the owners.

A special feature next to the comfortable equipment, the setting and the swimming pool is the free internet access via wifi with which you can be reached on vacation, organize your outings or share your vacation photos already on site with your friends.

You find yourself on the edge of the town of Draguignan which you reach in three kilometers. In town, there are merchants, restaurants and opportunities to go out. Moreover. the Fairy Stone is worth seeing. You arrive at the beach of the Mediterranean Sea after 35 kilometers. Cannes is 63 kilometers, an hour's drive from your home.
