The apartment, which has a separate entrance is on the top two levels of the residential building and accommodates up to seven people. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a satellite flat screen television and a table and bar stools. The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dish washer, a washing machine and a coffee maker. It boasts three bedrooms: one is furnished with three 90 x 200 cm single beds, one with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and one with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (80 x 190 cm).
