Holiday house with two holiday flats, a community pool and roof terrace and views of the old town
This holiday home is located at the historical town centre only a few meters from the "Mercado de Abastos" and the "Iglesia Prioral".
The house has three apartments, which are all accessible from an inner courtyard. From the courtyard you have access to a roof terrace which grants stunning views over the old town and a communally used swimming pool. It is heated with solar power. The apartments boast wooden floors, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
The pedestrian area and restaurants can be found about 200 m from the house. It is about 12 km to the airport and 800 meters to public transport. We highly recommend trips to Jerez, Rota, Sanlúcar, Cádiz, Bolonia, Tarifa, Seville the "Parque Nacional de Doñana" and the white villages in the Sierra Gaditana. Enjoy a bicycle tour through the "Metropolitano de Los Toruños" and leisure activities on the Coto de la Isleta. Visit a typical Bodega in Jerez and enjoy the 14 km of beach in a 3 km perimeter.

This holiday flat boasts a spacious living/dining room with a fully furnished kitchen with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a kettle and a nespresso coffee maker, as well as all necessary utensils. The living room is furnished with a dining table for six, a three seater sofa, a flat screen TV and a CD player. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and an iron. There are four bedrooms: the largest double bedroom has a private bathroom. The green bedroom and two additional bedroom, a single bedroom and a double bedroom, share the second bathroom.
The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
