Holiday house for six people with a large terrace and sea views
This holiday house is located in the heart of the Parco Nazionale dell’Archipelago Toscano and is about 200m from the sea. The macchia vegetation is typical for the surroundings. It is located on the Faleria n. 42 ring road.
On the ground floor, the holiday house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a living room with two sofas, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
The holiday house has a 150m² terrace, accessed via outdoor stairs. The terrace has a vine bower and is illuminated, and an outdoor shower, and affords a wonderful view of the sea, stretching from the islands of Palmaiola and Cerboli to Punta Ala.
It is only about 200 metres from the sea. The piazza is 700 metres from the holiday house. The harbour, accessed from the mainland within 30 minutes by motor ship or within 15 minutes by speedboat, is 900 metres from the holiday house. Further harbours are Cavo, Rio Marina, Porto Ferraio and Porto Azzurro.
