This detached house is right by the Atlantic coast between Pointe de Penmarch and Pointe du Raz and affords a wonderful open view of the Audierne bay. There are a sandy beach and the sea right on the doorstep. The stretch of coast has many charming little corners that are not too overcrowded. You are bound to find your favourite spot.
The holiday house was renovated in 2007 and provides 90m² of living space for six people. The 45m² ground floor has a big, fully-equipped kitchen, which is open towards the dining space and TV. There is also a comfortable living room, with a big glass door opening directly onto the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, separate toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also has a cot. The mezzanine serves as a further little living room, furnished with a fold-out sofa and a flatscreen TV. The second bathroom has a bath, washbasin, towel radiator and toilet. There is also a separate WC.
The terrace faces the sea and is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and two deckchairs. There is also a brick-built rill. The little storage house has a shower, which is practical after returning from the beach. There are also two bicycles available for use. The 400m² site is enclosed and therefore suitable for children and dogs.
The coastal path leads right past the house. So you do not have to use the car, but can set off on beautiful walks right from the house. It is just 100 metres to a beautiful sandy beach. The centre with shops, a pharmacy, a doctor, butcher, baker and supermarket is about 2km away. You can explore the region, enjoy sports, be lazy or fish at low tide, just as you please.
