Two big holiday apartments with a garden, in an idyllic location right by the Ellé River, not far from the historic centre of Quimperlé
This former mill from the 19th century stands on a 1500m² enclosed plot of land right by the Ellé River. The historic centre of Quimperlé with its shops is about a kilometre away. The building has been carefully renovated and houses two exceptional holiday apartments, accessed via a pedestrian bridge. Holiday-makers will find an oasis of tranquillity in these idyllic surroundings.
The garden provides plenty of secluded little spots. A grill, garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for relaxing. You can have fun playing table tennis or table football. The site is secured by an automatic gate. Parking spaces are available.
Canoeing on the river is a popular sport. There is a canoe and kayak club 300 metres from the house, which has introductory courses, also for children. Of course there are also places you can go swimming and fishing. There are many hiking trails such as the famous GR 34 nearby. The well-known beaches at Pouldou are a 15-minute drive away.
Some canoes and a pedalo are available to explore the area closer to the water. The use of the canoes is your sole responsibility. Life jackets and paddles are available.
Holiday apartment for seven people with its own terrace and a view of the river
The ground-floor apartment provides 80m² of space for seven people. All rooms look out over the river. The living and dining room has a TV, armchairs and a round dining table for four people. There is a directly adjoining, open and fully-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms all have parquet flooring made of chestnut wood. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (140cm wide), while the third has a bunk bed and a single bed (90cm wide). All the beds have a slatted frame and a mattress cover. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet.
The private, furnished terrace overlooks the river and is an idyllic place to relax.
