This cosy, timbered holiday home is set west of Torsby, in stunning surroundings. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, in the pristine wilderness of Värmland.



The inside of the cottage is decorated in a rustic style, cosy yet modern. Spacious, open plan living room and kitchen. The living room features a lovely wood burning stove and opens onto the delightful outdoor area. There are three bedrooms, two on the bottom floor and one larger on the upper floor. The upper floor bedroom has a balcony with a wonderful view.



This is the perfect location for those seeking peace, quiet and relaxation, far from the bustle of the city. Don't forget to get a fishing permit, as the area offers plenty of fishing opportunities! Take advantage of the many beautiful hiking paths! Skiing opportunities in the wintertime, in Hovfjället, about 40 kilometres from the house.



Please note: The outdoor tub, that can be seen in the photographs, is not available. The next door neighbour is 15 metres away.

    „Das tolle große Wohnzimmer und die Terasse. Die Lage war sehr schön. Ein Ausflug in das Naturreservat Hovfället.”

    „Sehr schöne abgelegene ruhige Lage in der Natur.
    Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Im Winter bei sehr kalten Temperaturen konnte das Haus nur auf 17 Grad aufgeheizt werden, da es schlecht isoliert ist. Wir hatten sehr hohe Stromkosten (1650 Kronen = ca. 160 Euro) in 5 Tagen.
    Zusätzlich mussten wir Brennholz kaufen (5 Säcke a`80 Kronen, nochmals 400 Kr = 40 Euro), damit wir einigermaßen Temperatur im Haus hatten.
    Immer wieder Stromausfall weil die Sicherung überlastet war. Kücheneinrichtung Backofen und Herd veraltet und Pfannen und das Geschirr waren dreckig. Das Haus benötigt dringend eine Renovierung.
