A perfect retreat in the calm natural surroundings in Ferrières, this 12-bedroom mansion is spacious for a large group of 30 or multiple families with children. It comes with a private sauna to unwind and a garden with barbecue to spend lovely evenings.

The surroundings are beautiful with many opportunities for interesting trips. You can explore Aywaille or Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. The town lively town centre is at 1 km. There are many good restaurants at 5 km to try the local specialities. Shopping is nearby with a well-stocked supermarket at 1 km.

This renovated home is well-furnished. The living room has a stove to keep you warm and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are double beds, single beds, and children's bed for a pleasant stay. Try a game of table tennis or billiards in leisure time. Kids can jump high on the trampoline and spend hours with the play equipment. You can bring 2 pets.

    „Zuerst die positiven Dinge : das Haus ist wirklich groß und hat viele Schlafzimmer mit unterschiedlicher Bettenanzahl (perfekt für mehrere Familien). Das wars aber auch schon! Ansonsten ist es schmutzig (z.B. Ameisenstraßen durch die Küche, etc.) und schlecht ausgestattet (nur Waschräume keine Bäder, gerne fensterlos) und auch die Küchenausstattung ist Minimalstandard, teilweise defekt (Backofen ließ sich nicht schließen). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht! Wäre es deutlich günstiger, wäre es vielleicht für Leute mit geringem Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, die nur viel Platz brauchen, o.k. Das Haus ist nicht, wie angegeben, neu renoviert, sondern in einem schlechten baulichen Zustand (Schimmelbildung an mehreren Stellen, viele feuchte Flecken an den Wänden).
