This holiday home is a semi-detached house suitable for a maximum of six people and is fully furnished. Due to the location of the house one is not far away from both beach and sea and the roof terrace offers a splendid view.
The semi-detached house has a living area with seating, a 32'' LCD SAT TV, Wifi internet access, air conditioning and a dining area with table and chairs. The living area leads into the open and fully equipped kitchen. Here you have for example a cooker, fridge, freezing compartment, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine. You have three bedrooms at your disposal. There is one bedroom for two people with box spring bed, a private terrace and a safe. There is also a second bedroom for two people and a third bedroom for two people with two single beds. All bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe and sufficient bed linen and towels are provided. Of the two available bathrooms one has a bath tub and hair dryer.
From the kitchen you are able to access the large terrace with garden furniture, a sun shade and grill. On the front side there is a roofed terrace and a parking space. On the roof there is a large sun terrace with splendid view across the salt lake, sea, mountains and citrus plantation. With comfortable lounger it is a delightful place to lie in the sun or enjoy the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. You are also able to use the communal pool with kid’s pool and lawn.
Shops, restaurants and bars are close by and can be reached by foot. The beach of Punta Prima is just a few kilometres away. Beach loungers and sun shade are at your disposal. The golf course Villa Martin is just a few minutes away.
