„Thank you for a lovely holiday. Super villa with all that we needed. Very friendly owner and nothing was too much trouble. We really liked the visits from the local cats! Pool was great and not overlooked. Even though our visit was spoilt by the corona virus outbreak at the end I would definatley recommend this villa for anyone wanting some peace and quiet.”

„We stayed in this villa for two weeks in January 2019 and enjoyed our visit. The property was clean and comfortable and all as advertised. The owners were very helpful, sending us detailed instructions on how to find the villa and we were met on arrival at the villa. The owners live nearby and although we did not need to contact them during our holiday it was reassuring to know that we could contact them if necessary. The kitchen has good facilities, all as listed in the property specification, and we prepared many meals during our stay. Other reviewers have commented on the pool and it is a good size and clean. A pool maintenance man attends twice a week. The pool is of course unheated and the weather, while quite warm and sunny, is a little cooler in January and some people will find it chilly for swimming. My wife swam nearly every day, but not for too long! We spent a lot of time on the patio which catches the sun for most of the day and is not really overlooked although there are neighbouring villas on both sides and to the rear. The evenings in January during our visit were cool and, if we were not going out to a restaurant, we ate inside. There are some heaters available which we did not use, but would be useful during some winter evenings. There is a large television which we did not use, preferring to read in the evenings and, in that respect, we found the lighting a little dim for reading after dark and the villa would have benefited from a couple of brighter table lamps, but that is just an observation and not a complaint.

We liked the location. There is a small supermarket which is a short walk from the villa and has the basic essentials, though the fruit and vegetable selection is limited. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking you would be advised to drive to find a larger supermarket with a better selection of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. There are a number of local restaurants which are good. It is really too far to walk into Playa Blanca, but there is a very good bus service which runs every 30 minutes up to approximately 10pm. If we wanted an evening out in Playa Blanca we went by bus and returned by taxi which cost less than 10 euros.”

„Die Villa 176 ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Pool ist großzügig und die Bepflanzung landestypisch angelegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung die im Ganzen sehr sauber und gepflegt wirkt.”

„Das Ferienhaus ist absolute Klasse. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. In dem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Wir haben meistens einmal am Tag zu Hause gegessen, weil die Küche auch wirklich mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet ist und man es sich am Pool auf der Terrasse richtig schön gemütlich machen kann. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool werden insgesamt sehr sauber gehalten. Das Highlight ist wirklich der große und saubere Pool, in den man am aller liebsten schon morgens nach dem Aufstehen schwimmen möchte. Die Vermieterin hat uns auch gleich ganz nett und warm empfangen und uns Tipps für Lanzarote und gute einheimische Restaurants gegeben. In dem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, es gibt ein Bügelbrett, ein Bügeleisen, einen Föhn und auch Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt auch eine Kiste mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Büchern, welche vorherige Gäste gelesen und für die nächsten Gäste da gelassen haben. Außerdem liegen auch viele Reiseführer für Lanzarote drin.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns auch schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. :)”

„We have just had a fantastic week staying at this villa. The villa was lovely with plenty of space. The pool and garden was gorgeous and despite being surrounded by other houses it was not overlooked and was so quiet even though we were staying in August. The location was great being five minutes from a lovely walk along the cliffs looking down to the sea. It was less than five minutes walk to two mini markets and a selection of restaurants if you don’t fancy going into Playa Blanca. If you do want to go to Playa Blanca there is a bus stop less than five minutes walk away which takes you very close to the marina. We wanted to have a very quiet relaxing holiday without driving and were able to do this by staying at this villa. It was a fabulous week in a fabulous villa and we would highly recommend it.”
