Well-maintained and inviting holiday house for a family holiday in the mountains – ideal for the summer and winter season
The holiday house is in the centre of Borso del Grappa, in a quiet residential area. It is on the slope of the mountain Monte Grappa, in the Vicentine Alps.
The single-family house provides ample space and an inviting atmosphere. The front door leads into an entrance area on the ground floor, with a spacious living room-kitchen. The lounge area provides two comfortable sofas, a dining table, chairs and satellite TV. There is an adjoining well-equipped cooking space with a modern kitchen block, equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer, as well as a dining table with chairs and a sideboard. On the other side of the entrance area there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washing trough for laundry by hand, a washing machine and a WC. Stairs lead to the upper floor with three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a further single bed on request (90 x 190cm), as well as a wardrobe and bedside tables. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk. Here there is also a second bathroom with a bath. The apartment has heating, but does not need air conditioning even during the summer months owing to the location in the mountains. Wireless Internet access is available.
In front of the front door there is a veranda with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and for relaxing. The green bedroom opens onto a balcony. In front of the holiday house there is a little front garden and there is a private parking space for a car.
A highchair and a cot can be provided.
The house is centrally located in Borso del Grappa, so you can find grocery shops, bars, restaurants, a cake shop, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bank and a post office within a radius of 500 metres. The nearest supermarket is 1000 metres away. Bassano del Grappa, Asolo, Marostica and Castelfrano are also not far away, as well as the famous art cities Venice, Vicenza, Padua, Verona and Treviso, along with the Venetian villas.
