The country house is located in Vinci in the hills of the Montalbano mountain chain, in the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

The forecourt provides a communal area with a pergola and a table tennis table, as well as parking spaces for the holiday guests. The words ‘wildly romantic’ describe this property perfectly. The owner of the organic farm lives in a historic mill at the confluence of two wild streams. Around 9 hectares of forest and land for cultivating organic olive oil and wine surround the property and can be explored by guests.

On the ground floor there is an entrance area with stone stairs up to the first floor, the living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. All the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom. The living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace is ideal for cosy evenings. The dining room for six people is the centrepiece of the large kitchen. The kitchen unit will delight all cooking enthusiasts and provides a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a 90cm-wide gas stove with six rings. On the first floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, table, cupboard and an additional pull-out single bed, as well as affording a panoramic view from two windows, The second bedroom has a double bed, dresser, trunk, desk, television and walk-in wardrobe.
