Quietly located holiday apartments with a shared swimming pool
These quietly located, newly built apartments (2011) are located in Azzano d’Asti.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace for shared use. Near the pool there is a changing room, with a WC and washing machine. Children can play in the shade of a large pine tree. There is also an arcade with a table tennis table and table football. The apartments have a terrace with garden furniture – enjoy the lovely panoramic view. There is also a large parking area.
The site is fenced. Three bicycles are available for use for a day free of charge. The owners live on site.
The owners welcome you with an aperitif and appetisers, and by the pool with a Moscato d’Asti icecream. For bookings of at least a week, you are offered an aperitif and some Piedmont antipasti (vary according to the season) and a typical dessert.
Near the apartment you can find a restaurant, a grocery shop etc.
Holiday apartment 1
This holiday apartment has a hallway, two bedrooms each with a double bed (orthopaedic mattresses), a bathroom with a large shower, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment also has a storage room and laundry room with a sink. The apartment is accessed via stairs from the parking space (private courtyard).
Pets are allowed (max. 2), subject to prior agreement.
