This penthouse is in a quiet setting on the second floor of a residence in the district of Playa Golf II which is only a five minute drive from the Orihuela Costa’s nicest beaches. The spacious designed apartment is ideal for a beach vacation with the entire family, a holiday with friends or simply for guests who like to have a lot of space.
The penthouse renovated in 2013 with a generous living space of 100 m² has two Panasonic air conditioning systems. In the living room there are large, comfortable sofa suites as well as a cosy dining area. The fitted kitchen is modern and equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils. There are three bedrooms. Two have a double bed respectively. The third has a bunk bed as well as a folding bed for one person. Furthermore a cot is available. Every bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe. From the two bathrooms one offers a bathtub, bidet and toilet and the other a shower and toilet.
Part of the apartment is two furnished terraces as well as a roof terrace. The first has a size of 20 m² and is on the side of the living room. The second is 10 m² big and is in front of the bedroom. From the 45 m² large roof terrace one has a splendid view across the sea. It offers a shower, grill, sun loungers, table and chairs. Here one can sunbathe, relax or barbecue. Free, good parking spaces are available in the street. The well maintained shared pool is about 50 metres away from the apartment.
The apartment provides a free wireless internet connection. The house has no lift.
It is just a short drive of a few minutes to the beach of Campoamor. All amenities, shops and restaurants are in the vicinity of five minutes.
