The holiday apartment is in a row house and has two floors. It is only about 100 metres from the sea, in a quiet location but nevertheless near the centre, and just 100 metres from the nearest supermarket.
On the ground floor there is a 20m² living room-kitchen with a fireplace and a cooking corner with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, TV and Internet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a cupboard and a cupboard with drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds and a view of the garden. The bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet. A washing machine is available. The whole interior is new and equipped with heating and air conditioning.
On the first floor there is also a terrace. The house has a garden with a patio, barbecue and outdoor shower, as well as a parking space. Two bicycles and a parasol can be used free of charge.
