Holiday apartment with sea-view balconies, near the famous Scala dei Turchi and the beach
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a private residential house in Capo Rossello, just a few steps from the sea.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm), one with two single beds, and the other with a bunk bed (mattress sizes all 80 x 190cm). There is also a living room with a big dining table, a kitchen-diner with a table, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, crockery and cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom has a bath. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, fans in each room, satellite TV and a stereo system. A payable Internet stick is available on request.
The apartment features two balconies with a sea view. There is a patio on the ground floor with a grill, an outdoor shower, a table and chairs. The patio is for shared use with the owners, who live on the second floor of the same house. You can park your car on the street right in front of the house.
The apartment does not have heating.
The famous beach Scala die Turchi is just 40 metres from the apartment. It is just 100 metres to a bar with a restaurant, a pizzeria, a disco and a café, which is open the whole year round. In summer other restaurants, pizzerias, kiosks and grocery shops are open. It is just 15km to the valley of the Agrigento temples, with wonderful ancient buildings and museums. In the centre of Realmonte (2km) you can find shops and a range of services, such as banks, a post office, doctors, a pharmacy, supermarkets, clothing shops, tobacconist etc.
