The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a possible child’s bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin, a living room with a dining space for four people and a new built-in kitchen. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed with a sprung mattress (140 x 210cm). The living room provides a large flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system with a radio and a CD player, and wireless Internet access for your computer and mobile devices. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. The big sofa or the TV armchair invites you to relax.
The skylights in the bedroom have blinds and can be completely darkened. The roof is well-insulated against heat and cold, so you will feel comfortable. We aim to offer you four-star comfort.
You can always find a parking space on the street in front of the house. The house is in an exclusively residential area in a quiet location.
The apartment is about 5km from the town centre, about 3km from the CHIO site, about 3km from the campus and the RWTH site, or 6km from the Uni-Klinikum with bus connections. It is just 300 metres to a bus stop with connections into the town centre, the clinic or in the direction of the CHIO riding stadium. There is space to park bicycles. There is a washing machine in the laundry cellar. Long-term rentals are possible, prices on request.
