They each comprise a living, sleeping and cooking area and have under-floor heating, a safe and a TV. Bed linen and hand towels are provided. The kitchen unit is equipped to enable self-catering.
There are individual and shared outdoor seating areas and a pool (5 x 13m), inviting you to relax. Parking spaces and a playground are available.
There are shops and restaurants about 1000 metres away.
The Olivaio is a very spacious apartment located on the first floor. With its 53 sq m, it is suitable for 2+2 persons. From this apartment you have a splendid view eastwards to the Chianti Hills and the Val d’ Arno, the Arno River Valley. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa that can be unfolded into a double bed. Select antiques lend a special charm to this apartment. The modern kitchen units in Tuscan style are completed with a large antique dining table for four people. Equipped with a glass-ceramic cooking zone, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and dishes, the kitchen is perfect for a pleasant “cena” (dinner). The high-quality furniture in the bedroom includes a wrought-iron bed (180x200 cm) which guarantees a restful night. From the bedroom, you will enjoy the view of the village of Moncioni to the west.
