Detached holiday house with a fenced garden and a garage
The holiday house is located in the centre of Sacile, in the region of Friuli – Venezia – Giulia.
The lovely holiday house, with Venetian floors, comprises two identical and comfortable apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance hall, ideal for your privacy, and each can accommodate up to six people. One of the apartments is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. Each apartment has three bedrooms, which are blue (azurro), green (verde) and red (rosso). They have standard furnishings with good-quality, box spring beds. A bunk bed can be added on request. Each floor has a new bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is completely newly equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, such as cutlery, plates, cups, glasses. A Miele dishwasher, a Saeco Espresso machine, a fridge, a freezer, a gas stove and an oven are also provided. There is a seating corner with a flatscreen TV, with German, French and Dutch channels. Your Italian holiday home is also fitted with air conditioning and fly screens.
The garden with palm trees is completely fenced and is therefore ideal for children, for sunbathing and for barbecuing. Garden furniture is also provided. There are also a roofed summer terrace and a lockable garage. Bicycles can be used free of charge and there is a swing. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request. The rental price includes energy costs and local taxes.
The house is only about 700 metres from the train station. It is easily accessible via the motorway A28. You can get to Venice in less than an hour, as well as the popular seaside resorts in the Veneto and Friuli, such as Biblione, Jesolo and Caorle.
