The house's cliff side location, surrounded by many beautiful sandy beaches is wonderful. The 1000 m² property is surrounded by pine trees and fields. It is located on a small road with little through traffic in a quiet and relaxing region with a few other houses in the vicinity.
The main house boasts an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a dining room and a living room with a DVB-T and a flat screen television and a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160x 200cm) and a child's cot. The mezzanine offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
The owner has built a covered swimming pool in the winter of 2014/2015. The pool is heated to ca 28 °C. It is covered by an extension of the main house. At the end of this 90 m² extension is the fourth bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet.
In the 1000 m² garden, which is not fenced in, you will find a table and eight chairs, as well as four sun loungers.
The closes sandy beach is only 100 meters and one road crossing from the house. Due to fair visibility, it is a safe crossing the dunes. The beach is beautiful, long and surrounded by rocks. The coastal trail is above the beach in between the dunes and you can sometimes see donkeys grazing.
The house is about six kilometres from Guisseny and Kerlouan, where you can find a bakery, supermarkets, a butcher, restaurants, etc... It is about 8km to Ménéham. Do not miss out on visiting this beautiful town with its beautiful beaches and thatched houses. The entire coast from the house to Brignogan will enchant you with its unspoiled countryside. We also recommend a visit to the lighthouse of Ile Vierge in Plouguerneau, the tallest in Europe.
