This pretty little cottage is surrounded by nature. It is peaceful andquiet here, except for the birds singing in the woods around you. Thecottage was renovated in 2016 and is set right by lake Mjöasjön, anexcellent place for fishing and swimming.The one-storey cottage contains a beautiful open plan kitchen and livingroom. There are three small bedrooms, one with a double bed, the secondwith two single beds, and the third with one single bed. The bathroomfeatures a WC, washbasin, and shower.Your cottage is set in the area of Fegen, well known for it's manypretty lakes and it's wildlife. Your nearest neighbour is your landlordwho lives 75 metres away and that house can barely be seen from yourcottage. This is an excellent place for those who seek privacy and peaceand quiet.Should you feel like shopping, you are within driving distance ofUllared and it's extremely popular bargain shop Gekås. Gekås offerseverything from food and clothes, to toiletries and tools at discountprices. People travel from all over Sweden to shop here.In Ätran, 12 kilometres from the cottage, you will find an excellentsports- and leisure centre with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a gym,fishing, golfing and other activities.Your cottage is 50 kilometres from the lovely summer town of Falkenberg.Why not take a day trip and explore this popular summer resort?Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellentfishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities.The popular beach Skrea strand is not far from the town centre. Thereare plenty of other lovely bathing spots within a few kilometresdistance. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view,stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such asStåhlbom's and Borgmästargården. Take a walk along the River Ätran andadmire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars,music events and many other activities.Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous andpopular beaches, situated close to Halmstad, also about 50 kilometresfrom your holiday home.Please note: There's a bathing dock by lake Mjöasjön where you can goswimming. Children should be supervised though, since the water getsdeep very quickly.
