Comfortable villa with pool and seaview at the Costa Blanca
The villa is located in Calpe. The urbanization of Maryvilla is a residential and quiet area, situated about 3 km from the center of Calpe and the sandy beach of Arenal-bol.
The villa has a covered terrace with seaview and mountainview. The ground is about 850 m² large. Outside, you will enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4 metres) with a roman staircase.
