This new, detached holiday house is in the De Dammen park between the Friesland lakes De Fluessen and De Morra.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, equipped with new and modern appliances, and a bow front with double doors. There is also a spacious hallway with a toilet and a laundry room. The first floor comprises two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house is surrounded by a large lawn and playground. On the sunny side of the house there is an adjoining large terrace with terrace furniture. 25 metres from the house, there is a private mooring for your own boat or rental boat, a great way to explore Friesland from the water. The Friesland landscape is around the park. You can enjoy the fresh air and magnificent cloudy sky.
This lovely holiday house is classified accommodation for 4-5 people to spend an unforgettable holiday (also in winter, as the house is right on the “Elfstedentocht” route – a tour of eleven towns on the ice). Smoking and pets are allowed at the apartment.
A five-star campsite borders the park with many recreational facilities, a shop, a subtropical swimming pool, an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a yacht harbour. It is not far from the Ijsselmeer coast with its private little beaches, excellent surfing spots and picturesque old Zuidersee towns, as well as Stavoren, Hindeloopen and Workum. You can go on great cycle tours or walks from Koudum along the lakes or through the forests of Gaasterland. The village Koudum has a bakery, butcher, supermarket, bicycle and boat hire, a swimming pool and bowling alleys.
