Attic apartment with large panoramic arch window and terrace in a typical stone house
The Solee Caterina in Madesimo is a third floor attic, completely with fir wooden ceiling and walls painted in warm colours ("solee" is a local dialect word, meaning attic).
The apartment disposes of 55m2 and is divided in two double bedrooms (2+2 beds) and a bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet). The Kitchen is equipped with oven and gas cookers, sink and dishwasher, fridge with icebox. In the living room you will find a sofa, table and a fireplace. There is a little mezzanine with an extra bed (1 large bed) which you have to access via a ladder. The living room facade has a large arch window of 5x2,5m and a wooden terrace with a little table and chairs. The view is towards southwest, where you can see the beautiful San Sisto valley and Quadro peak.
The third floor is only accessible by stairs. There is a ski storeroom on the ground floor. Outdoor private car parking in front of our house. Green meadow close to the house.
We recommend our attic apartment for 2 to 4 people.
