Spacious holiday home with patio; 10 km from the ocean
This rustic house can be found in the town of Sarlat, about 3 km from the centre of town with its shops and amenities.
The 100m² house can accommodate four people and is well equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine and a microwave. It also offers a dining table for four. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a television and a DVD player. There is also a breakfast nook in the living room. The holiday house offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the second one with two single beds (90 cm). If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a high chair and a child's cot upon request. Bedding can be rented locally. The second bathroom boasts a bathtub and a toilet.
Outside, you can make use of a patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The complex is enclosed and therefore suitable for children.
In Sarlat, about three kilometres from the house, you will find everything for your daily need and recreational facilities. Many sights of the Périgord Noir, Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies, la Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Sarlat, la vallée du Lot are close by. It is only 10 km to the ocean.
