This apartment with a fantastic sea view occupies a unique location on the Italian Riviera.
Located in the floral village of Grimaldi, the last village before the border with France. The view on a clear day extends to Antibes and the island of Corsica. The bathroom has a shower box, sink and toilet. The kitchen has a vitroceramic electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, LED TV 32 inch LCD Full HD and a fridge. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture. At request you can use a private car park (May to October and not recommendable for wide cars).
Grimaldi, a typical Ligurian village with lots of flowers is built against the slope of the Alpi Liguri National Park and lies about 200 meters above sea level. From the entire village you have a breathtaking view over the sea, the port of Menton and Monte Carlo.
The nearest beaches are Baia Benjamin, the beach of Grimaldi and “Balzi Rossi”. At distance of 1,5 km you reach the French city Menton. Here you will find a number of shops and restaurants. Especially during summer you can find daily festivals and flea markets.
The city of Ventimiglia in Italy (8km), with the biggest attraction, the weekly market (Fridays) on the boulevard. Supermarkets and shops are within a distance of just 1.5 kilometers. The Nice Airport is 30 km from Grimaldi, which is about half an hour’s drive. The Airport in Genoa is about 90 minutes away. Here you can choose from sun, sea and beach or a hike through the beautiful nature of the Ligurian Alps. In the vicinity you will find many picturesque medieval villages such as Dolce Acqua, Pigna and Apricale.
