The house is located in Croatia, Kastel. It´s a detached house on the outskirts, in a peaceful and sunny location. From the property you enjoy a very nice panoramic view. The access to the house is possible via a side road (paved).
A terrace with a parasol, sun lounger, garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available for use outside. The house has an outdoor swimming pool all to yourself. There is a lot of space in the garden where you can let your children play carefree, completely safe from cars. Parking on the property.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and oven, dish washer, microwave etc. The bathroom has a shower. The owner also lives in the house (with separate entrance).
Vižinada (Istria, Adriatic, Umag region) is a very quiet place, you can relax very well and will not be disturbed. Nearby you will find purchasing (3 km), restaurant (500 m), town center (5 km). Umag is12 km away. The Slovenia border (EU) is 3 km away. The Adriatic Sea with a stone beach in Kanegra is 6 km away.
