„The apartment has several problems, although not serious.
The value for money would have been good if there were less problems.
1) The heat-pump (A/C) in the livingroom was not working well. Sometimes it ended up in a mode where it just started and stopped every 30 seconds (or so). So the livingroom iwas very cold. Finally we cleaned the air filters, and it seemed to work fine in the last two days.
2) Water is sometimes dripping from the ceiling in the upper bathroom. This has happened two times in one week, so it is probably dependent on the water usage of the neighbour above.
3) Water is coming onto the kitchen floor. This happened three times during one week. We think this happened when we used the dishwasher. But it did not happen every time.
4) The lock on the door from the livingroom to the terrace is very bad. The lock is locked, but the door can still be opened!
5) Keys to both terraces on the upper floor are missing. The company offered to have someone bring them to us, but we decided that we would not use the terraces any way, since they were in constant shade.
6) Instructions on how to use the alarm system was missing. The alarm system was deactivated when we arrived, so this was not a problem.
7) The TV initially gave us some problems. We wanted to watch Spanish TV. To get Spanish TV we had to do the following:
a) Change the language of the menues of the TV from Estonian(!) to English (luckily I know some Estonian, so I found how to change the setting)
b) Buy an antenna cable, to connect from the central antenna to the TV.
c) Scan for channels
Now there are lots of Spanish channels!
The SAT-TV with British channels worked fine.
8) The oven is not working.
9) There was an occational unpleasant sewage-smell from the lower bathroom.
