The property is set in an evocative location characterised by a pristine nature that offers magic sceneries and itineraries, both towards the coast and the hinterland. Guests can benefit of a well groomed garden and many external spaces equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas nearby the house and around the pool area, a real corner of peace and relaxation. It is also available a comfortable porch with table, chairs and sofa perfect for al fresco dining.
The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch, double bedroom with private bath with tub, laundry room with toilet and closet. From the living room you can directly access the garden. The first floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and private balcony with panoramic view, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Near the pool area there is an outbuilding with kitchen and bathroom with shower, that is very functional when spending your time in this part of the property. An additional double bedroom with separate access is available for the guests.
