Holiday house with a veranda, for a family beach holiday in Caucana, a picturesque little coastal village on the southern tip of Sicily
The holiday house is an end-of-terrace house on a quiet side street in Caucana, which is by the sea and part of Santa Croce Camerina. It is near the archaeological excavations at Caucana.
The comfortable house with modern furnishing is ideal for a family holiday or for acquainted couples. It is spread over two floors and provides a total living space of ca. 155m². The lower floor has a spacious living room-kitchen with a functional kitchen block with an oven, a gas stove and crockery. There is a dining table with chairs in the middle of the room. The site is fenced and closed off by a gate. There is a veranda in front of the house furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying meals. There is also a veranda behind the house with a washbasin. The two bedrooms on the upper floor provide access to a roof terrace. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.
Some bicycles are available for a small fee. Sea lovers will enjoy it here, as the owner offers boat trips for up to six people on his 18-metre-long yacht. You can book a variety of trips: for two hours, half a day or a full day, as well as two days or a mini cruise. The yacht has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and all the necessary modern comfort. You can also go fishing or diving from the yacht. Prices very according to the route and duration.
