On an island, this mansion is in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia region of Ibiza in Spain, It has accommodation for up to 14 guests and has 7 spacious bedrooms. The home is perfect for a large family or group that wants to holiday in the Balearic Islands.

Located at the foot of Morna Valley and between San Lorenzo and San Carlos. The nearest beaches are Cala Lena, Cala Nova, Cala Boix, Aguas Blancas, Cala San Vicente and Cala Benirras.

There is a large swimming pool and terrace on one side of the kitchen, the other side has a patio. There is a pergola with a table for 10 and a barbecue right beside the pool.

Town center, beach, general supplies, restaurants and nightlife are 6 KM away. The Ibiza airport is at a distance of 13 KM.

Only 1 pet is allowed, free of charge.

Access the house you have to go through 2 km of unpaved road
Beach towels are not included
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

    „Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

    Allerdings sollten bei Belegung mit 14 Personen auch 14 Liegen vorhanden sein.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte auch verbessert werden:
    - Kaffeemaschine ist zu klein
    - es waren nicht genug Gabeln vorhanden
    - es fehlen Kochutensilien wie z.B. Kochlöffel etc.”

    „Das Haus ist einfach Klasse: Wunderschöne Lage, herrlicher Blick, top in Schuss und eine Poollandschaft wie man sie sich nicht besser wünschen kann. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind zwar klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Essplatz im Freien in der Nähe des Pools ist alleine schon die Reise wert. Der sehr nette Besitzer kümmert sich sehr um das Objekt und seine Gäste.”
