In the small and romantic town of Vrbnik, on the island of Krk, this new beautiful villa with a fantastic view of the sea is located. The villa has 350 m2, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the entrance hall there is a laundry room and a large garage, on the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna. The living room leads to a covered terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the sea.
There is seating and a gas grill on the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor.
The town center, shops, restaurants and the beach are about 700 meters away from the villa.

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will keep your attention occupied for only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans. City of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
