Our farmhouse dating back to 1837 offers a unique flair amid lush green surroundings.
We offer two lovingly renovated apartments for a relaxing, holistic stay. Our wonderful place is an island of pure rest and recreation. Relax in the beautiful garden or the wooden barrel sauna and the whirlpool. Enjoy the lovely summer evenings under the grape arbor or in the barbecue area. Oetz makes a perfect location for many interesting outings and excursions which can be reached within a short time. Whether ski resorts (Hochoetz-Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl), hiking trails, sporty attractions (AREA 47) or a trip to the nearby cities - everything can be found within a radius of about 0 to 50 km.
The apartment Tenne with approx. 65 m² is located on the 1st floor of our former "barn" and consists of: 2 pine double bedrooms and open pine wardrobe and each with its own adjoining bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet, cable TV; 1 living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, soda stream and much more. From the dining area and bedroom you have access to your own balcony with sun loungers and seating area.
