By train, for example, you can reach Marburg's main train station in just 5 minutes. From there you have a direct bus connection to the hospitals and institutes on the Lahnberge, the industrial park Behringwerke and of course the optimal starting point to discover the city center of Marburg.

With our “FREI:zeit”, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in spring 2024, we offer another compact accommodation for up to two guests. In 42 m2 we have accommodated everything you would expect from a modern and comfortable holiday apartment, without feeling cramped.
In the entrance area you will be greeted by a cloakroom with storage space so that you can get rid of your jackets and luggage and arrive properly.
Now enter through the glass door into the heart of the apartment: a cozy 25 m2 living area awaits you with a sofa, smart TV and DAB+ sound system, as well as a desk if there is still correspondence to take care of. With our free, stable guest WiFi you have access to the Internet at all times.
We have set up the dining area somewhat separate from the living area. Here you can dine comfortably as a couple or with your visitors. There are enough dishes, glasses and cutlery available.
Of course, if you want to enjoy yourself at home, you also want to be able to cook. That's why we have set up a complete kitchenette for you. Ambitious self-caterers will also find decent conditions here: In addition to an induction hob with extractor hood, you will find a modern oven, a dishwasher and of course a refrigerator with a *** freezer compartment.
For us, pots, pans, cutting boards and various kitchen utensils belong in a kitchen just as much as a coffee machine. With us you can choose between the Senseo pad machine and a filter coffee machine. There is also a kettle with temperature preselection for the tea drinkers among our guests, a toaster and an egg cooker.
So that you can go on tour to the city of Marburg or the beautiful surrounding area as rested as possible the next day, we have provided a French bed (140 x 200cm - without footboard!) with a very comfortable mattress and topper in the separate bedroom.
We offer you standard and, if required, oversized duvets. Our blankets and pillows are filled with synthetic hollow fibers for hygienic reasons. The pillows are in encasings and our mattresses/toppers are equipped with mattress protectors. All laundry is of course cleaned after each stay by the certified laundry at Lahnwerkstätten Marburg.
Of course, the beds will be freshly made for you upon arrival.
Also in the bedroom you will find a spacious wardrobe in which you can easily store your wardrobe for your stay. From the bedroom you can access the completely newly furnished bathroom with a spacious, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The warmed, fluffy towels are waiting for you.
All windows in the holiday apartment have forced ventilation and electric shutters. For your safety, our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The parking space with wallbox belonging to the apartment is right in front of your door. The apartment is located in the quiet rear building, which can only be reached via a private driveway. From there it is only a few meters to the train and bus stop.
We also have a laundry room with a top-loading washing machine and an electric dryer that is accessible to all of our holiday apartments and can be used free of charge.
If you bring your own bikes or e-bikes, you can safely store them in our ground-floor storage room.
Would you like to visit us with your dog? No problem! For just €15 per night, we offer your furry companion a comfortable dog bed, a dog towel, an initial supply of poop bags, bowls for water and food and welcome treats. And if you need tips for dog walks, groomers or veterinarians, please feel free to contact us.
