The ground floor features a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a library and flatscreen TV for relaxation. A convenient toilet with a shower is also available downstairs. Outside, the terrace with a grill and the fenced garden provide a perfect spot for unwinding. Additionally, there's a storage room with a washer-dryer, a shed for stand-up paddles, and a bicycle hut.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has four single beds (90x200 cm), ideal for families or groups, while the second bedroom offers two single beds (90x200 cm).
