This accommodation is not on the beachfront, but its good location in a residential area of Benalmádena, allows you to have a general view of the sea, making your holiday can be filled with memories watching sunrises from the large terrace that has this beautiful and complete accommodation.

With a capacity for six people, the exteriors are very functional, having a nice swimming pool, garden area and barbecue area, which will allow you to enjoy the summer days with some delicious lunches made on the grill. Near the swimming pool there is also a bathroom with a shower and a play area with a ping-pong table.

This accommodation is subject to the payment of a deposit. It will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure and after inspection of the accommodation.

Due to the architecture of the accommodation, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

At the entrance, the house offers us a large space, in which we will always have the sea as a reference, this space with access to the large terrace is the living room, where we can relax watching TV or just relax. The terrace, has outdoor furniture perfectly conditioned for outdoors. You will enjoy nice dinners or lunches, always with the sea as a reference.

The kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare any kind of lunch, is spacious, functional and also has a dining area that will be another meeting point for the family. The kitchen has access to an outdoor patio, which, although open, is not equipped with furniture.

On this same floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, window to the outside and space to store your luggage in an orderly way. There is also a toilet.

Going up the stairs, spacious and comfortable, we have two bedrooms with sea views and equipped one with a double bed and the other with two single beds together.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub each.

Both have windows to the outside and space to store your luggage neatly.
