Get new energy with the beautiful view from your own balcony or terrace You can find even more relaxation in one of the 3 private bio saunas in the large apartments or in the separate Erzalmhaus in the Stollengrotte wellness area with a cozy sauna area, your own relaxation room and outdoor area. If you still have energy as a younger guest, you can let off steam in our paddling pit in the warm children's pool or in the bee meadow playground for a restful night.

The fir cone can accommodate up to 5 people. With its 73m², this apartment is perfect for families with 1-3 children. What is special about this apartment, in addition to a bedroom with a double bed, is that there is another bedroom with 3 bunk beds (2 of the bunk beds have a shortened standard size of 80x175 cm). The large one offers plenty of space for cooking, eating and spending time together Living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice couch/TV area. An extra bed for another person can be created on the couch. The bathroom is spacious and, in addition to a rain shower and a washbasin, also offers two infrared seats. The private balcony invites you to linger with its panoramic view over Seiffen. 4-legged guests are also very welcome here.

Conditions:
Payment is made on site in cash or by EC/credit card. A deposit of 20% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50-75% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Departure is possible from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Handing over the key to arrival at the reception. Pets are allowed in individual apartments on request. An extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of €3 per adult/night will be charged on site. Meals such as bread service and/or a filled fridge can be booked as an option and must be requested at least 3 days before arrival. Possible fees for changing the towels, bed linen and an intermediate cleaning. The basic price includes 1st laundry package, WLAN, parking space and use of the wellness floor.
